Picture the early 1960s, a 12-year-old boy with newfound hope in freshly independent India, roaming the streets of Ghaziabad, embarking on a quest to infuse every delicacy with a piece of his soul. Every bite called for finger-licking moments, enchanting the taste buds of the locals and etching a presence in their hearts forever. This is how our story began, with my husband's grandfather and his entrepreneurial adventure as a Halwai.
